The brewery at the fox is an ancient microbrewery and famed local eatery that evolved through thick and thin for the sole purpose of creating and serving classic Craft Beer and local cuisine. The 167 year old family owned brewery has perfected one beer, Füchschen Alt.
Today “Brauerei im Füchschen” has been under the leadership of yet another Peter König, this one is eccentric, creative and has ushered his brand into the next generation. In every sense. On his side the Füchschen Alt brewer team: Brewer Rüdiger Adelmann and deputy brewer Lena Backes.
